Lexington Calendar of Events

Christian Business Women meet monthly on the first Tuesday of the month in Lexington, KY. They praise God, fellowship, pray for one another and support each other in the business world. The purpose of CBWU is to put God first, then family and business while shining as a beacon of light through Jesus Christ. This non denominational group was started by Janey Moores and Rhonda Bartlett in 2006.
No need to do anything to "join", just show up!
1st Tuesday every month 11:45-1pm
Meet at the solid ROC café at Immanuel Baptist Church- 3100 Tates Creek Road
(Take 1st entrance into Immanuel. Go to the end and make a left. You'll see 2 archways ahead. Solid ROC café is the door on the right. Go through archway park wherever you find a spot.)

Dr. Susan Walmer Burton who used to be on WJMM sponsoring the James Dobson Commentary has retired from dentistry. She has now written a Bible Study on the entire Bible. She will be teaching this Bible study on various books using the NLT version starting Thursday Sept 7 at 1:30 during the day at KingsWay church across from the castle. The Nicholasville UMC hosts Manna Meals in the community center every Saturday from 11am-1pm. There are no qualifications to come in and eat and take out meals are also available.
